The blade edges, including the back of the hoe are very sharp. It is ready to scrape away small weeds, dig roots of deeper weeds and create furrows. This hoe is well balanced and lightweight so you can easily weed your garden in less time. It is favored by both professionals and home gardeners.   It is designed for use when kneeling or sitting. The length of the blade is 140mm (5.5") and the overall length is 380mm (15"). The hoe comes from the manufacturer with the blade packaged in a clear plastic cover for safety.   MB HANA has added a custom sheath made of flexible moccasin leather to cover your hoe when it is not in use. Two snaps secure the cover over the sharp back edge of the blade.
