**Q: My vanilla drinks show coffeeberry in the ingredients. How much caffeine is in it? .**
A: There are 3.8 mg of caffeine per 11oz container in the Chocolate flavour and no caffeine in the Vanilla flavour.

**Q: What are the full ingredients in every flavor?**
A: I am only aware of the chocolate. To list every ingredient with. Out a bottle in hand is not possible. It has about 350 Cals so it gives you a satisfying punch of protein

**Q: Horrible customer service, how do you reach someone ? Have tried 3 times, I ordered chocolate and they sent plain.**
A: I had a similar problem trying to reach them.  When I finally reached them the level of customer service was very poor.   They could not give a consistent direct answer to my question.

**Q: How do you return a product and why is there no return policy? My insurance pays for the plain I wanted to try peptide its awful.**
A: I take the peptide product 1.5. I cannot swallow so I tube feed. But the peptide product does come in vanilla flavor and i t is not bad. When my feeding tube does not work well I take the vanilla mixed with water so I can swallow it. The shakes in three flavors are great

The best protein shake I have ever had. Gluten free, vegan, and healthy. No refrigeration needed for me. Smooth consistency and very easy to grab and go.

My significant other has been battling Crohn’s disease for about a decade. This was recommended to us to help with his diet and to help with recovery. These have been one of the best mix of ingredients that we have found yet. They are able to do an all liquid breakfast in the morning and have less issues with other meals. (Some nutritional shakes would cause a lot of pain and discomfort.) We hav been purchasing them now on the regular. The chocolate variety is his favorite with the strawberry kids shake being the second. I wish they made a few more in the smaller shakes as they are great for an alternative to a snack — that doesn’t make it too full feeling and it mixes it up. They are rather expensive but hopefully they may come down sometime in the future or the possibility to order a bigger order and save. Thank you for making such a great product that’s really helping!! We have not tried any of the other support shakes but these have been stocked since the first time we bought them. It’s been a few months.
