Funnily enough, I haven't done those exercises since I received the strap wraps. But they are lovely for making "The Hundred" with resistance more comfortable and any other exercise that might be rough on the hands. I wish I had one more for the foot strap around the plate at the end of the reformer. Review: False advertising - I am DEFINITELY returning & I HATE returning anything! This sale item is TOTALLY MISLEADING - there are no straps attached as the photo shows & the Velcro is a joke.
