The pastry tarts I made cooked very well and evenly. However, after cooking, the pastry stuck to the side of the tart pan, making it difficult to remove the baked tarts. Next time I will grease the inside edges and bottom of these tart pans prior to cooking. I would advise anyone buying these pans to do the same. They are perfect size for individual dessert servings. I highly recommend these. You will be satisfied with how easy these are to use. One thing to keep in mind is that you will need to put something underneath because of the removable bottom. If baking something buttery they will leak because they are not one piece. Not a defect nor does it take away for me, I just wanted to mention that this is the nature of items that have removable bottoms. Not sealed so take precautions. I haven't used it yet and will update this review accordingly after I do. I did notice that the first pan came with as little packaging as possible, while the replacement came brand new in a box.Initial Review: This pan worked terribly for me. I have quite a few springform pans for my Instant Pot and this is by far the worst I've bought. When I went to clamp down the side, I noticed that the bottom part of this pan doesn't even fit snugly inside like a springform pan should, therefore any non-super thick ingredients just pour right through the sides. The description of being able to make a quiche in this doesn't come to fruition.
