A friend suggested purchasing this set so that I could color coordinate the use of the silicone rings based on what I'm cooking--white for rice or other plain foods, red for meats, and blue for everything else. These are great quality, they seal just as well as the original silicone ring, and they make keeping the colors and uses straight very easy.
