I’d prefer to fit into a Large but ordered XL at 6’1” and 205lbs. Waist is 35” cuz 34 is too tight and 36 needs a belt. Only problem noticed is the neck collar is high. Great for blocking and wind and keeping your neck warm but if the collar is zipped up and you need to look down you will be eating the collar or have it pushing over your nose.
