They aren't cheap shoes and I was thrilled that adding this Insole helped!! Now my feet feel great and its reduced the pain in the top of the foot. The shoes were a bit bigger too, so buy adding this insole it made them fit snug which also helped in the sizing. This is not a thin product, so if you don't have room it may not be the right product for you. I LOVE IT!!
