I ordered a replacement that worked perfectly with a smooth, quiet mechanism. No wrinkles in the screen material. The combination with my projector produced a beautiful image with tamer whites, better black levels, and punchier colors than my prior white 1.1 gain screen. There is a slight plastic odor, but nothing terrible.
