I use a little clip to hold it together and it has no problems sticking to the fridge. It even turned out to be a silver lining for me that it fell off because the clip now holds my pen, as you can see in the photos. I absolutely love this meal planner. The size is perfect. I love that it is long versus wide. Also I tend to write a lot of notes on it and so the big meal squares are very necessary for me. I appreciate the tearable shopping list and the fact that it usually provides more than enough room to write what is needed. The shopping list categories make a lot more sense to me in this format versus some of the other planners. I've bought this planner for two of my friends so far and I'm onto my second one myself in a couple weeks here. This planner has been such a game changer and I can't say enough good things about it. If I had to come up with a single complaint, it's the fact that its pink/purple. I wish it came in other colors, hehe. TL;DR: Great meal planner, just buy it. ## Features - ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE - Make menu planning a breeze with the Sweetzer & Orange Meal Planner and Grocery List Combo Pad. Plan in advance the meals you would prep every day for a week so you can eat healthier, save time on grocery shopping and save money spent on take outs and food waste. - DOUBLE MAGNETS: We’ve also experienced the “weak” magnetic grocery list pad for fridge, that slide down to the floor! But you won’t find that here! Our magnetic pad features a DOUBLE magnetic backing that becomes the main benefit instead of just a design afterthought. - JUST THE RIGHT SIZE - This 52-page meal planning notepad is not too big nor too small in size. We made sure each 7x10” sheet was thick 100gsm non-bleed paper for even the darkest pens. They’re glued in strong for heavy duty use. - EASY TEAR-OFF GROCERY LIST - We added a tear line in the notepad so you can tear off your shopping list quickly and easily. With such a handy list, organized by category, you will never wonder what to buy from the grocery store or forget anything ever again! - EASY-TO-ACCESS MAGNETIC NOTEPAD - Forget sticky tape or fridge magnets. Our weekly planner notepad comes with two built-in magnet strips so you can conveniently display your menu plan and list on the refrigerator’s door. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08DNFL1V7 | | Best Sellers Rank | #64,521 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #1,937 in Planners (Office Products) | | Binding | Poster | | Brand | Sweetzer & Orange | | Brand Name | Sweetzer & Orange | | Calendar Type | Weekly | | Color | Pink | | Cover Material | Paper | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 1,473 Reviews | | Format | Notebook | | Item Dimensions L x W | 10"L x 7"W | | Item Weight | 0.29 kg | | Manufacturer | Sweetzer & Orange | | Material | Paper | | Model Number | 179 | | Model Year | 2026 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Pages | 52 | | Paper Dimensions | 7x10 inches | | Paper Size | 7x10 inches | | Part Number | 179 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Meal planning and grocery list creation | | Special Features | Magnetic Closure | | Target Audience | Adult | | UPC | 810050401463 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Year | 2026 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Sweetzer & Orange - **Color:** Pink - **Cover Material:** Paper - **Year:** 2025 - **Format:** Notebook - **Calendar Type:** Weekly - **Target Audience:** Adult - **Sheet Size:** 7x10 inches - **Material:** Paper - **Item Weight:** 0.29 Kilograms ## Images ![Meal Planner Notepad and Grocery List, 7x10 Inch - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61G0vvr4lFL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Would a marker bleed through the pages?** A: I wouldn’t use markers on this since it can possibly bleed through and look messed up and ugly. Light Highlighters would be ok. Good Luck! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic to use with caregivers *by B***A on March 4, 2026* These mere planners are great for keeping on the.Refrigerator so all of my caregivers know what to feed me at different times of day ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best meal planner *by D***L on November 7, 2023* As someone else experienced, the back fell off of my planner early on.
