One of the arms on the chair had cleanly snapped off. I still gave 5 stars because I'm sure that wasn't a manufacturer or seller issue... I'm sure it was the fault of the postal office or delivering service. Either way, because it was a simple break, I was able to super glue the arm back on and you couldn't even tell. I got lucky in that aspect. I bought this for my mom who loves anything to do with the beach, and her house is decorated all in a beach theme. She loved it! Also, this picture frame is ALOT bigger than what I thought it was going to be!! It was a surprise, but a good one because it can hold a nice, big photo. Overall I loved it.Edit: Wow... I just went and read a ton of other reviews about this product, and almost every single one of them says that their's arrived broken in some way too!!! Apparently this is an ongoing issue, so it makes me wonder if it IS the seller and poor packaging. I was lucky that mine was a simple, clean break. Others had it alot worse than me. Wrong! I will have to spend some time putting it back together.
