I sweat a lot while wearing it. By the end of my workout, the sweat is literally dripping down into my pants, which shows how well it helps retain heat around my midsection.The material is comfortable enough to wear during cardio and strength training, and I noticed a big increase in sweating compared to working out without it.The only issue I had was that it tended to ride up during workouts, especially when I was moving around a lot. I found that tucking it into my shorts solved the problem and kept it in place much better.Overall, if you're looking for a sauna vest that helps you sweat more during your workouts, this one works very well. I can say i wish the length of the product were a little bit longer i got about 2 inches on my lower stomach that it wouldn’t cover. But as i want it do do things around my house and for my workout im sure it will fit once i start loosing some inches. Most of my weight is on my stomach and here i included images for reference.
