Though this is not like the one I got done at the spa, I have been losing about 2-4 inches each wrap. I try to keep the same formula they use at the spa by exercising in the bathtub on a stepper while I'm wrapped. Also, I purchased the Amino-Firm Concentrate with Caffeine & Amino Acids. I soak my bandages in them and spray myself with it every 20 minutes. I haven't really seen drastic results but I have seen a reduction of cellulite and a tightening of my skin. I don't think that they provided enough bandages to sufficiently cover your entire body they way it is directed to do per the instructions; I can't do full body wraps because I always run out of bandages by the time I get to my bust area. It's also kinda hard to wrap yourself, so if you have an extra pair of hands to help you, that would be great. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It worked. *by J***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 13, 2014* I lost 2 1/2 inches on my stomach area.
