### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars

    Good quality and worthwhile dvd

*by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2021*

Got these for tight shoulders that pop and limit my range of motion, after recovering from a rotator cuff tear also due to tightness.Picked this set for the DVD, it walks you through good form 👍These are great after a boxing workout.Indian clubs are expensive anyway, so might as well spend a little more for good quality clubs and a good instructional DVD I figure.

    Great Weight Distribution!

*by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2019*

The weight distribution of the teardrop design provides great feedback during club swinging movements even at slower speeds. It is a welcome contrast the to British military club design. These are longer clubs so you have to be attentive of your environment for safety.
