A: Not exactly sure of the size of a systema duo ? But I carry my ordinary Tupa wear , a book, 2 cans of pop, a battery charger and wire, a hair brush hand sanitizer and moisturiser, so it’s pretty big , plus 3 pockets on the out side too. Hope this helps

It's very smart looking, so much so that you'd never guess it was a cool bag. I manage to fit my water bottle and my flask in it, both standing upright, as well as my lunch and snacks. The flat pocket on the side is great for extras like cutlery, wipes, etc. The net bags on either end disappoint slightly as they're not elasticated enough to hold taller items securely.
