It didn't brought a wall connection, and you kinda have to put it in a certain way to charge it. If you're left or right-handed it doesn't matter. Keep the light towards you horizontally, and place your phone vertically over the pad, and you're good to go. I've attached a picture as a demonstration. Of course the Ipod is not NFC capable, but you get the idea how to charge your phone. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Makes my Galaxy S8 Plus hot. *by A***7 on Reviewed in the United States on May 29, 2017* I have a Galaxy Note 5 (no phone service) and a new Galaxy S8 plus. I have had no issues with the charging, except for on my S8 plus the back of my phone gets hot...I have a clear case with water and glitter...not sure if it is my case that makes it hot, but it does not get as hot with the Note 5 which also has a clear case (no water or glitter). The S8 plus holds a phenomenal charge, so I don't use the charger (which sits in my home office) much. At night I plug S8 plus in using the oem charging cable. ### ⭐ Not working for my Note5 *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2016* I bought this charger for my new Note 5 along with a fast charger OEM. The OEM works awesome, this one, not so much. I've tried repositioning the phone in every direction possible and no luck. It recognizes the phone and will say "wirelessly charging" but a few seconds later it will say "charging paused". I've tried it multiple times and the light only stays blue and never had turned green.
