Review: Heavy but reliable. - Although the product description says the colour is green, the picture and the actual item I received was dark grey. This was actually the one I wanted so I was happy with that outcome. The spatula itself is heavier than I thought it would be but I hope this means it will last a long time. I've been using the Matfer fish spatula for years and it's been amazing so I thought to give this one a try. So far so good.
