Handy to take out & about with you as they are individually wrapped. These bars are not overly sweet which I like (I'm trying to reduce my sweet tooth) and they are not stuffed full of artifical sweetners which can raise your insulin levels. Also they don't contain erythyrol which my stomach cannot tolerate.
