Horrible customer service!! It was purchased in February. I cleaned it as requested and still didn’t work. I have reached out up the company MANY times and I get the same response…please be patient. It is being looked at bu quality control. It is now July and still no response from them! Think twice about purchasing from them. I also had 2 bottle tops break and had to use foil to cover them. I told them that also and still no help.
