It’s a one size fits all which I was concerned about because I wear a size 2, but it fits just fine because it’s the kind of costume that looks good whether it’s roomy or snug. The one drawback is the hat fits like a beanie. It’s not like the photo at all. Scarecrow had a tall pointy hat sort of like a witches hat. This one isn’t tall at all. It fits snug to your head.
