## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where did the teff comes or grow from.**
A: Be extremely careful and only buy teff that clearly states the teff comes from Ethiopia.  There is a lot of poor quality teff on the market and unless the origin is stated as Ethiopia it is likely to be GM (genetically modified) teff from the USA or Spain.  Some products state "pakaged in Holland" and that is usually Spanish teff as it isn't grown in the Netherlands.  The teff grain gets it's nitrients / minerals from the soil it grows in so the same quality cannot be acheived anywhere else in the world.  As this product doesn't state the oprigins of the product I won't be buying it as it could just be that GM US grown one and I don't agree to eating Frankenstein food.
