I was able to view the camera locally but I cannot see the camera from work or by using a 3G/4G connection in my Iphone / Android Phone. The tech support in the website is not good, I get no response so far and I hear a clicking noise in the past few days, but because my wife love the camera and our baby is about to born, I add some effort to the setup and now: 1-) I'm able to see the camera and control it over my corporate network. 2-) I'm able to see the camera even when I'm in my car as a co-pilot using our 4G mobile network. Great!! 3-) I can now see the camera from my work computer! I'm using an Android free emulator!! I was about to return the camera to Amazon and even printed all the paperwork to send it back, but I investigated in amazon and other sites and don't find a camera for baby monitoring with this features!!!!: Pros: really easy to install. very unique!
