Review: Very nice - Just converted to a triple and this derailleur shifts flawlessly. Remember that you will need a triple shift lever to make it work. I got the braze on and then purchased a separate clamp. Now I can move it to any frame at a later time if I chose.
Review: Didn't work - I have a Shimano Flight Deck that works with Triple chain gears on the front & Nine chains in the rear. This Ultegra won't work with it. Compatibility charts should be provided.
