She loves the shoes themselves; says they are very comfortable and fit well. However, she'll be returning them and purchasing them elsewhere, because the pair she received have obviously been worn before. Things were bad from the get go- the box itself was punctured, the inside paper was ripped, the soles of the shoes were dirty, the straps on the shoes were indented where they connect to the hook, the inside heels of the shoes were dirty, and the main stone on the front of one of the shoes was missing. We did eventually find it in the box. If these were steeply discounted, she would have kept them; obviously they are not, and so she'll be returning this pair and buying from a different source. Shoes - GREAT. I have narrow feet but geeze my foot hung over both sides and it looked ridiculous. Plus like everyone said the condition of the shoes and box were very poor upon receipt. I really didn't realize how much the package lacked until I ordered different shoes by the same designer from Bloomingdales. The shoes from Bloomingdales including a perfect box with extra gems and soles whereas the ones from amazon included nothing but a destroyed box.
