The mouthpiece also started leaking as well. That happens after biting on it for a few years. I didn't want to replace the pack, because it still has many miles on it. So I ordered this bladder as a replacement. Nice quality. Fits perfectly. No issues at all. It is also a lot cheaper than buying a whole new pack, that I probably wouldn't like as much. I really like the fact that I can remove the hose and clean it. People don't realize just how sick you can get if bacteria builds up in these. Drying the bladder is easy. Cleaning the hose can be a challenge. Challenge accepted and overcome. 5 Stars. For the record, I bought this with my own money. I recommend it, and would buy it again.
