A: From my experience if the sport leggins (any brands) slide down while running or exercising they are simply one or two sizes to large for you (even if they looks just fine) and a solution would be to choose a smaller size.

**Q: What sizes do X and XL relate to, 14/16/18?etc**
A: I purchased size medium which fit me perfectly and I am typically a size 10, so based on that I would say L would be 12, X would be 14 and XL 16

Runs very small, the size guide says XXL is equivalent to UK size 18-20. I am UK size 16-18 and the XXL will fit on me with some difficulty but they're very tight on me and keep slipping down because they need to be a size bigger (XXL is the largest size they are available in) so these will have to be put straight away til I've lost some weight. The quality seems good, thick fabric, a bit staticky, but comfy, soft, thick fabric.
