Take an hour or two before your desired sleep time, and you will feel the bliss of sleep coming on at your desired time. I’ve also noticed that on the nights I take this I have fewer interruptions. I know this because of my Apple Watch, which tracks my sleep. The best part is that the next day you are not drowsy at all. You feel like you got all of the sleep that you needed.
