Very good flavor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pantry staple, grab some dehydrated onion and celery for the mirepoix trifecta *by P***Y on November 6, 2023* Gourmanity quality. Great amount of dehydrated carrots. I love keeping a variety of dehydrated vegetables on hand for anytime use. I definitely keep it as a prepper item-- I dont want to be without mirepoix-- the trifecta of carrots, onion, and celery. If I have that, then I have a good base for many dishes. So I keep a lot of those components on hand in dehydrated form. Great to know I have it when the selections at the store are slim pickings, over priced, or simply totally out of stock. ## Frequently Bought Together - Gourmanity Dried Carrots, Premium Quality Shredded Carrots, Fresh-Tasting and Easy to Use, Adds Flavor, Color and Texture to Soups, Stews and Ramen, All Natural, 2lb/32 oz Resealable Bag - Mother Earth Products Dried Celery, Crosscut, 9 Ounce - Gourmanity Dried Red and Green Bell Peppers Mix, Flavorful Diced Peppers Fresh and Appetizing, Perfect for Ramen Toppings Soups Stir-Frys and Stews, All Natural, Packed in a Resealable Bag 32oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/226909925-gourmanity-dried-shredded-carrots-all-natural-resealable-bag-2-lb](https://www.desertcart.us/products/226909925-gourmanity-dried-shredded-carrots-all-natural-resealable-bag-2-lb) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
