Review: Totally hardened upon arrival. - The entire bottle was hardened upon arrival. I had to dig the honey out with the handle of a spoon to get it out of the bottle. Even then, it was just a hard, crystallized glob that was very difficult and unpleasant to try to use. I will not be wasting my money on this item again.
