I noticed that the pain is worse when I'm chilly so bought this heated shoulder support to see if it eased my pain, and it does, very well.The highest heat setting isn't too strong and the minimum isn't too weak, just right.The chest strap is just long enough for me, I have a 48 inch chest.Fits well, not sure if the vibration helps me but the heat does.The connecting lead could do with being a bit longer and there's only one battery pack which is lasting around 4 hours on minimum heat and no vibration.I have found a suitable battery pack that I've bought as a spare, it's slightly shorter than the one supplied with the support and doesn't have usb-c but has the same capacity here https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09Q8DS77Y?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 January 2022* Brought this as I’m waiting fir a shoulder replacement, had a problem with the charger. I have a damaged shoulder joint due to a fall and subsequent car accident. I have had specialist treatment without any relief from pain,. I purchased this to see if it would help. I am in constant pain, but this arm massaging machine does ease the pain a lot when it is operating. The best thing about it, unlike the specialist treatment, I am able to wear it while walking around and doing other things. Very pleased that I made this purchase and would recommend it. I have been asked about obtaining a spare battery. My answer was that I did not know but on subsequent checks.
