Blanched almond flour is made from almonds whose brown skins have been removed resulting in a consistent, cream-colored product.     Almond flour is a nutritious and delicious baking alternative to wheat flour. It’s low in carbohydrates, high in protein and gluten free!     Compared to other flours, the flour is especially flavorful, with a nutty taste that works well with many other foods. It produces baked goods that are especially light and moist.
