They sent a new pair super quick. They look awesome imo. I know a lot of reviews are saying they are dim so I was skeptical about getting them. But they are tinted turn signals. What did they expect? Honestly, they are brighter than I was thinking they would be solely based off the reviews. I would definitely recommend
