A: You can remove all of the padding if you like

A: Very thick, its so unreal and the seam and foam shows through your clothing aswell, I couldn't wear it.

A: I am a size UK16 so I got L. 
So I guess for you you should get M, the smallest size is XS which is a UK 6

My order has arrived wet - inside the clear plastic packaging - wet as though they have been washed and put in a bag????? Also sent a 3xl when I ordered a large?!
