Purchase this regularly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better sleep *by F***D on 7 October 2020* I've been using this everyday for almost 2 weeks now and my sleep has greatly improved. My sleep has consisted of waking up very tired and feeling like I've only been in bed for 5 minutes. I've felt like this since my for the past 20 years. I'm actually entering REM sleep and dreaming. Someone said taking it before bed would allow it to work better- I had nightmares! If that works for you, then ok. I prefer taking just before breakfast or at the latest, just before lunch. No problems at all. Doesn't taste of anything, very slight oily mint aftertaste. Definitely has helped ease my mood and helped my body acknowledge when rest is needed. Update: had to switch to a a bottle of vitamin d3 without k2 as I was getting more headaches. Blood results showed that this may have increased platelet count and placed me at risk of thrombosis. I would still recommend this product.
