I knew I needed something internal as I was using all types of topicals and it just didn't seem to clear it up. My skin was so raw, red, dry/cracked, and irritated from constantly using benzoyl peroxide/salicylic acid/retinol/sulfur and no amount of moisturizer alleviated it. I started taking the zinc vitamins May 14th and it's now almost a full month and I've seen such a huge improvement in my skin. Not only have the breakouts subsided, my skin in general has healed and seems way more healthier. A lot of the post-acne discoloration and dark spots have faded and I don't deal with the overly dried out skin anymore. I take 1 pill every night before bed and supplement it with 2mg of Copper. So far, this has proven the best results in the 5 months I've been trying to get rid of this acne.
