Great glove but on the small side.

I wear a medium wool thinsulate-insulated glove from Cabela's, and a large Gore-Tex/thinsulate leather glove from Cabela's. I got the large in the Arcteryx Lithic glove, and it is definitely too small. Returned and got an XL, ant it fits just perfect. So far I love this glove. I love the warmth of the Cabela's leather, but hard to put on and no dexterity at all. I got these based on reviews of how much better they are on dexterity, and they are correct. I can put on gloves easily and adjust them very easily afterwards. The Tri-Dex 3 lobe system Arcteryx uses in the gloves is obvious in comparison. I can now put on the gloves, open my car door, get in and put on my seatbelt, and adjust the car heater controls and cruise control with them on (albeit not as easily as with the naked hand), something completely impossible with the leather gloves.I can't as yet speak much on warmth: they have been warm but the lowest temps so far this autumn have been in the 40's. However, since I primarily got them for a combination of warmth and dexterity, I'm quite happy with the purchase.

Quality, warm, breathable, awesome so far

There are not a lot of reviews on this glove and I decided that I would purchase them regardless.I appreciate detailed reviews and that is why I feel compelled to leave one.First impressions are the craftsmanship of the glove. Its nice. Its Arcteryx...Expensive but I got them on a sale so didn't pay $250 for themThey seem pretty rugged and durable. At first I got them for working as a guide doing ziplines but now I decided to use them for more casual snowboard use, etc. And leather gloves for guiding. They feel warm so far although I've done limited testingI've taken them out in the low 20's (F) and my hands were good. They started to chill a little bit but it wasn't a big deal. I threw on some thin wool liners after to see the fit and it fit well so I think that would get me down to single digits....Nice dexterity, and breathability. I was walking around my apartment complex and could feel the gloves breathing. Pretty impressive. The grip seems pretty good as well.I really liked the leash system so you can take the glove off and not lose it it just hangs from your wrist. Easy to tighten and adjust the glove. High quality. Can't wait to put them to use

Not even that warm BEFORE they came apart

*by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2016*

I bought these gloves because I needed something warmer for skiing. Unfortunately, they weren't especially warm from the outset, and things got worse when after only the first day of a ski weekend, the seams between the materials on the front and back of the fingers pulled apart leaving openings for snow and moisture to get in. Next season I'll probably look for some sort of treated leather glove for better warmth and durability.
