Application is easy and spreads nicely, Takes about 30 minutes to dry, Smooth out with finger and your good. Seems to hold very strong.

I tested this by laying a piece of 2 x 1 on van metal floor and came back the next day to see what it would take to pull it off. Well it took about minutes bashing it with a hammer and edge tools. It was really, really stuck on there. Where i could used this stuff and screws for absolutely going nowhere fit, especially if anything was being mounted.

A: I always clean old stuff of first then apply

**Q: Can you use for roof rail sealant for VW micro camper(caddy)?**
A: I would use it as I repaired my roof to gutter seam with it and have had no issues yet and that's a couple of months ago

**Q: We need to reseal our whole motorhome around all the joints etc. How many packs of this would we need? The Moho is 7.5m long. Thanks**
A: Depends upon what size gaps you’re going to seal. Very sticky, I’d start with two and smooth it in. You could always get more if needed.

**Q: Can silka522 be overpainted**
A: Overpainting. Sikaflex®-522 can be best painted within the skin formation time. If painting process takes place after the sealant has built a skin, adhesion could be improved by treating the joint surface with Sika® Aktivator-100 or Sika® Aktivator-205 prior to paint process.

Great product but packaging needs to be more protective - the nozzles had snapped off which doesn't affect useage but one was also missing from the pack of 4 purchased.
