The massage points can feel quite intense initially, especially if you’re not used to that type of pressure. However, once your feet adjust, they genuinely feel incredibly relieving and refreshing to use. Slippers are well made and the velcro strap allows you to adjust to suit you. In terms of the comfort levels, they are the not the most comfortable shoes. I'm wearing them for 15 min a day, which is the recommended time. Let's see if it makes a difference to the pain I have.
