**Q: How loud is this clock’s ticking sound? Also, what material is the clock body made of?**
A: The ticking is extremely quiet. It's very authentic looking but it is plastic and very light weight. I do live it.

**Q: exact inside diameter of window? 127mm? hopefully 128 mm? a little excess of 5 inches?**
A: 5 inches from inside to inside of circle

**Q: How to clean it?**
A: I spray a small amount of window cleaner on a paper towel and wipe the clock face with it. I use a paper towel moistened with a little water to wipe down the case. It still looks as good as new after almost a year.

**Q: Do you have it in black or white**
A: Hello,

It’s plastic but it’s still looks pretty good and there is no alarm and very true to size there is a quiet tick giving that old grandfather clock sound
