Superior 100% pure linen covers a natural coconut fiber filled mat and soft PP cotton filled neck pillow, both covered with plastic needles stimulating thousands of acupressure points. Feel at ease with your head and neck fully supported during home acupressure therapy sessions. Similar to acupuncture treatments, acupressure therapy activates pressure points along your body’s meridian lines to stimulate and promote healing. This process improves blood flow, helps the body release toxins and promotes muscle recovery – ideal for post-workout or during savasana at the end of a yoga session. Acupressure helps release endorphins, reducing pain in tight areas like the back, neck and feet. Seated at the office a lot? Use at your desk or on the couch for all-day relief. The mat and pillow have a 100% natural linen covering that can be removed and hand washed. Larger than regular mats, the Ki Acupressure Mat measures 29”L x 18" W and the pillow is 15 ¾ ”L x 12"W x 4”H for comfortable neck support. Start with 10 minutes and slowly increase up to 20 or more for the full benefits! Review: Even my skeptical husband loves it - Takes some getting used to, but as my husband put it “I have no clue how it works, but this really works.” This mat is great and relieves numbness in my hips and back. I feel significantly better after just 5 minutes of laying on it. My very skeptical husband who whines about stiffness and tension tried it and I now have to fight him for time to use it. I think it is worth every penny. Review: Easy to use - I’m really happy with this ProsourceFit acupressure mat and pillow set. It’s easy to use at home and provides a relaxing experience after a long day. The mat and pillow feel well-made, and I like that I can use them together or separately. It took a little time to get used to the pressure at first, but overall I’ve enjoyed using it. Great addition to my relaxation routine! ## Features - Material: Exterior: 100% Natural Linen, Abs Plastic; Mat Interior: Coconut Fiber Pillow Interior: Pp Cotton; Carrier Bag: 100% Natural Linen - Made in the USA or Imported - LUXURIOUS QUALITY – Made of 100% natural linen & coconut fiber filling, the acupressure mat has 6,534 acupressure points; neck pillow is filled with soft PP Cotton and has 1,377 acupressure points. - RELAX & RELIEVE STRESS – Lay onto the “bed of needles” to stimulate pressure points, releasing tight muscles and melting stress away.
