The process is deceptively simple - first you must recognize your own responsibility for creating the events in your life, then you are ready to apply the mantra of Ho'oponopono: I'm sorry, Forgive me, Thank you, I love you. Repeated several times over a dedicated interval, the negativity is replaced with inner peace, love, and harmony and, as the stories in this book show, sometimes even miracles take place. In this step-by-step guide, the authors explain how to apply Ho'oponopono to traumatic past events, destructive thought patterns, family dynamics, daily annoyances, or any other disagreeable event in your life. Drawing on quantum physics and epigenetics, they explore how Ho'oponopono works - how thoughts and consciousness can affect the expression of your DNA, the materialization of your goals, and the behavior of those around you. Review: Wonderful, I at last understand. And this stuff works. - I now understand how ho'oponopono works, and so I can practice it properly. Life is becoming easier, people are becoming nicer and easier to get along with. I have read so many books on the subject but this is the first time I have actually understood it enough to be able to use it properly. Thank you so much to the authors for writing this book in my language. English, but with no, come along to my talks, then you will magically understand after paying me more money. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | 186,532 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) 16 in Experimental Psychology (Books) 155 in Occult Shamanism 226 in Shamanism | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 660 Reviews | ## Images ![The Book of Ho'oponopono: The Hawaiian Practice of Forgiveness and Healing - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811b8tGYNPL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ found this opened up my thinking *by M***N on 9 December 2024* Really love this book.
