Review: Can’t fault them but be careful if you are implementing for the first time - I take a range of supplements and wanted to try adding zinc. I can’t fault the tablets, they do their job but i will warn that they are quite a high dose within the safe limit so i personally found the effects too intense and needed to start off with a lower dose

I really like the bottle, don't care much for the plastic envelopes that are becoming popular. As far as I can tell, they are as effective as my old zinc tablets were. They arrived early which is a plus and cannot fault them.
