You can poison yourself if you are using a cheap quality with fillers; it'd be better not to take it than to take a low quality fish oil supplement. Oil is extremely important to the body. Look at what we are now learning about coconut oil and we were told not to use it for generations simply because of erroneous studies that were done hydrogenating it. The same is true with fish oil. I have done a bit of research about whether or not you can get the same nutrients from algal fish oil, and right now I don't feel you fully can. I would like to point out that this is a 2 MONTH SUPPLY. So, you're only paying $25 a month. Because, you really only have to take ONE of these. My boyfriend uses a cheap brand and takes like 6 a day. I feel I'm getting the same benefit from ONE superior quality one. Get it!
