For someone like me who never used resistance bands I don’t know how to connect in a door?** A: I myself do not remember if they came with same. Before I had bought I had watched the product video and also in general YouTube videos for band exercises, from that I was able to under stand how to attached to smae door. The attachment in a nutshell is pass the band through the loop on the door attchement before connecting the handle. The door attachment would slip between the door and the door frame. And then close the door the loop should be on one side and the ball locking stop should on the other side of the door. Hope that helps. **Q: How much do Resistance Bands weigh?** A: Close to nothing. **Q: What are the weights of the bands included in the 300lb set?** A: No it is not self explanatory. Your images do not correctly represent the weight, size, and band thickness of the differing bands based on the weight.
