**Q: Will this hold water? I want to use it as a bird bath**
A: There are no holes in the bowl. It will hold water well. I think it would work perfectly as a bird bath. It is lighter than the average Bowl Planter. The material is a rubber/plastic and is less dense than wood or ceramic. Less breaking too.

**Q: I am looking for a planter to make a DIY fire pit, is this bowl safe to use?**
A: It is made up of polymer, stone powder and wood dust so I'd say NO.

**Q: What are the widths of the bottom on the 10" and 12" diameter pots?**
A: 3  to 4 inches.

**Q: I plan to fill this bowl with water for floating plants - will it hold water or will it drain out?**
A: It will hold water but you may need to put silicon around the bottom plug stopper to keep it water sealed. It is a nice bowl.  Heavy duty and seems to have maintained through the summer heat and now the colder fall weather.
