It is carbon steel (not stainless) so you need to oil it after using it; otherwise it will get some surface rust. If it does, just use a steel scrubbing pad to remove the rust, dry it and oil it.

It was exactly as expected. First time we used it we made a delicious paella. It’s perfect for what it is. I’ve been using this paella pans in my restaurant for almost a year and they are absolutely perfect fir serving paella for one person. We wash it everyday for almost a year and maintain the same quality. The only downside is the plastic handle covers my workers burned all of them.
