The only thing that worried me was that the mic was loose inside the casing when we received it. After quick call to the store, the assured us that we would not void the warranty if we wanted to open it and tighten the screws down. So we did so - and while it was slightly tricky (very small screws, and there were a few more than expected) it worked amazingly well.Very crisp sound, lots of settings and controls to focus the sensory envelope, etc. I never knew a mic was so complex before *chuckle*.
