I also use Cetaphil moisturizer right after the shower, and then apply this foundation maybe 10-20 minutes after. It does have a slightly ‘greasy’ (??) feel to it... but that doesn’t last long (I also kind of like that feeling). I’m able to use my powder bronzer after a few minutes without it getting stuck in the foundation. I do recall, however, that back when I used mascara, I would often have lash marks under my eyes when I used this makeup. I think maybe when I blink my lashes hit my cheeks and the mascara would rub off? I have lash extensions now and don’t have this problem.
