I can't find where it is/was manufactured but original it was distributed from Fl and one other location. She now eats the adult brand. I tried Iams small breed food for my last chihuahua and it changed her stools to the point where her anal glands would not work properly. The kibble is about pea sized allowing my 2 lb one to eat comfortably. She enjoys it and will not turn her at to human food. There has not been any digestive issues such as diarrhea or constipation. Her health has improved with more bounce in her step no more smell of rank urine. The cage free chicken with rice in the dog food makes good for unbalanced gut. The other ingredients that impressed me was prebotics, k9 prebotics, and DHA (brain support). Gut and brain correlate so the ingredients are bad at all.
