Ich nutze sie zum Servieren von Salaten und Desserts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bellissima!!! *by A***O on Reviewed in Italy on 13 June 2023* Nonostante il prezzo elevato e un poco di disappunto nel vedere che il giorno dopo l'acquisto costa meno di quanto l'ho pagata io, sono entusiasta di questa ciotola (Ø 255 mm esteno, 245 interno).L'ho subito usata per rinfrescare il lievito madre senza glutine e devo dire che, contrariamente a quanto pensavo, non ho minimamente rimpianto la leggerezza e la maneggevolezza della mia vecchia ciotola in plastica: anzi, lavorare con una ciotola in vetro, e così bella, è notevolmente più piacevole!Il vetro è perfettamente liscio, trasparente e uniforme, senza il minimo difetto; lo spessore è adeguato, la forma essenziale ed elegante (quasi una perfetta semisfera) e adatta a qualsiasi uso.Il fondo è leggermente concavo all'esterno e garantisce un'ottima stabilità, mentre all'interno non si avverte alcuna convessità; non vi è stacco netto tra la superficie laterale interna e il fondo, ma un'adeguata curvatura, tanto che con diverse combinazioni di collocazione-angolazione-illuminazione l'interno sembra una perfetta semisfera; il piccolo logo sul fondo è in rilievo all'esterno, cosicché l'interno del fondo è perfettamente liscio.Non va dimenticato, inoltre, che il vetro, qualora se ne possa accettare la fragilità (che in questo caso, comunque, non sembra dover preoccupare più di tanto), è ineguagliabile quanto a igiene, capacità di non trattenere gli odori, inattaccabilità e stabilità nel tempo.La plastica, anche la migliore, non regge minimamente il confronto, anche se ha il pregio della leggerezza e della resistenza agli urti. L'acciaio inox, specie se non di qualità eccellente, non è poi così inattaccabile: certamente non come il vetro; non è difficile che si graffi; in caso di urto si può ammaccare (d'altra parte, il vetro si può rompere...).
