Review: Great product!!! - These solar moon lights are fantastic and durable! I purchased one two years ago when I first bought my house. I foolishly left the light out all winter (where it got tossed around in a season of hurricanes, leaf blowing, and ice storms). When the time came to re-open my pool, I didnt expect the light to clean up and continue to work, but it did! As a designer who is admittedly obsessed with lighting, I found the solar moon light not only looked great in the pool, but suspended as part of my overall lighting design. A few weeks ago, I ordered four additional solar moons. When they arrived, I realized one of the four lights was not working. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a new light. I was so pleased with their communication and responsiveness. Great item!!!

I packed them up for the winter, but I advise that you make sure after you deflate, you hold the power button down a few seconds to shut the solar power charger down. 2 balls did not work this year, and the owner was terrific in replacing them and helping me via text. I have learned that many of the initial issues starting up are that it needs to be powered on to charge. The instructions say to blow it up first, but my advice is to press and hold the button on the moon for a few seconds, release it, then blow it up and let it stand in the sun for the day. After it's charged, you can adjust the kind of lighting you want by pressing the button quickly at night, so you can see what you are doing. If you live in a seasonal climate where you pack away for the winter, you can expect two seasons out of it. Worth it to me.

**Q: Do these automatically turn on or do you need to press the button to power on every time after charging? How long do batteries last?**
A: Hello
It is not needed to power on every time after charging, just turn it on the first day and place the glowing balls in direct sunlight. Please allow them at least 6 hours to charge, then will automatically illuminate at night. If you want to change the glowing mode, short press the same button located at the buttom. The battery is sealed inside, it doesn’t need to be replaced as it will recharge continuously. The battery life is 50.000 hours.

Thank you for your question!
The solar floating pool lights charge while being turned off, also. Just that, they have to be inflated when are placed in direct sunlight. They have a built-in solar panel that absorbs the sunlight during the day and illuminates at night. The light efficiency is closely related to sun exposure time and solar power.

Thanks for your question.

Although the floating pool lights are resistant to low temperatures up to 14°F (-10°C), we don't recommend keeping them in the frozen water. Also, the sun is not so bright in winter and they won't stay lid for a very long time because of that. It is better to deflate them using the pipe provided inside the package, store them and reuse them next summer.

### ⭐ Don’t last more than one season - not worth the price!

I’ve had these for a little over one year. They were fun and worked well for about 6 months, after that they started discoloring due to sun and water and stains and started looking horrible during the day (white moons are now yellowish/greyish) but of course at night still look nice lit up. By about 9 mo the they started slow leaking and by 12 months, were dead - hold no air and very stained. Tried many ways to clean but to no avail. Lights still work though! For the price I’d say they are not even close to worth it!
